MONROE, NJ -- (March 18, 2022) - The Neuro Optometric Rehabilitation Association (NORA) is now accepting abstracts for consideration for its 2022 General Conference, September 8-11, 2022 in Columbus, OH.
NORA members and non-members can submit an abstract for consideration on or before July 15, 2022. Student submissions are also welcome. Due to academic year timelines, students and residents may also request an extension for the submission window. Extension requests must be received by July 15, 2022.
Posters will be selected based on novelty of topic and scientific merit; presenters will be notified of their selection by August 1, 2022. Completed abstracts will be due no later than August 30, 2022. Posters will be on display at the NORA General Conference and published in Optometry & Visual Performance Journal.
The Student/Resident judged by the NORA student programs committee and committee chair to have the best research project, poster or published paper in the area of neuro-optometric rehabilitation will be eligible to receive the Gus Forkiotis Student Award and a check in the amount of $500.00
