Gary Esterow is Executive Director of the Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association (NORA), an inter-disciplinary group of professionals dedicated to providing patients who have physical or cognitive disabilities as a result of an acquired brain injury with a complete ocular health evaluation and optimum visual rehabilitation education and services to improve their quality of life.
Gary is a seasoned and accomplished communications professional with more than three decades of U.S. and global experience in corporate, agency, and non-profit arenas.
In addition to his role at NORA, Gary also serves as Executive Director of The International Sports Vision Association and as CEO and Founder of Esterow Communications, LLC, a consulting agency he established in 2016 following a 24-year career at Johnson & Johnson (JNJ). While at JNJ, he held a number of communications leadership positions across the company’s consumer, pharmaceutical, and medical device sectors and was the recipient of numerous awards in recognition of innovation, customer focus, teamwork, diversity, and leadership.
